AIA Countertops - Indiana is Hiring a General Labor - Production (Syracuse, Indiana) Near Syracuse, IN
AIA is seeking Production Team Members to work in the manufacturing positions at their Syracuse, Indiana facility.
AIA Countertops is a fabricator of solid surface, granite, and quartz countertops, backsplashes, tables, and other products to the residential, commercial, RV, and marine industries.
We are looking for self-motivated candidates to add to our growing Team!
Those who work in production may be responsible for different positions including pneumatic tool use to buff and sand, gluing, and/or general labor in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Those who work in these positions work in a production environment to produce quality parts for the customers we serve.
- Candidates must have a good work history
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. continuously throughout their shift
- Candidates must be able to work in a manufacturing environment including the heat during the summer
- Must be able to work efficiently and safely while meeting quality standards
- Candidates must have good communication skills
- Able to stand throughout the duration of the shift
- Must be able to use hand tools
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment where attention to detail is critical
Shift Schedule:
8 Hour Shift: 4:30 am – 1:00 pm
10 Hour Shift 4:30 am – 3:00 pm
Compensation: Depending on fabrication level (position hired – introductory period reviews and annual reviews thereafter)
